This look reminds me of Sypro the game! This look is absolutely amazing, and I love how this blends so nicely when I use my Urban Decay 'Blitz' and my Tart's 'Touch Down in Londontown'. This look is so simple, yet so elegant and gorgeous. You can do this with or without glitter. I use Tart's 'Snowfall In Paris" with a little bit of Tart's 'Pyramid Gold'. In the inner 'V' and to blend all that out I use 'Golden Gate Bridge'! Again if you'd like to see a tutorial let me know! (:
